ApplyTrack Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using ApplyTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service

ApplyTrack helps you track job applications. Features may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality.

3) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not share passwords or bypass authentication.
Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Your Content

You may store job application information (e.g., company names, notes, links). You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

5) Data, Analytics, and Commercial Use

We may collect and use usage data to operate, maintain, and improve ApplyTrack (e.g., performance metrics, feature usage, error logs).

By signing up and using ApplyTrack, you agree that we may use aggregated and/or de-identified data for analytics and commercial purposes (for example: reporting, product optimization, and monetization decisions). We aim not to sell your personal job-application content (like your notes) in identifiable form without your explicit consent.

6) Third-Party Services

Authentication and infrastructure may be provided by third parties (e.g., Supabase, Google OAuth). Their terms and privacy policies may apply to certain processing.

7) Acceptable Use

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
No attempts to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Service.
No uploading malware or scraping other users’ data.

8) Availability & Changes

The Service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or to protect the Service and users.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
